Access to and use of the bp333 platform is subject to the following eligibility conditions, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the Player's use of the platform:

• You must not have been previously excluded, self-excluded, or banned from the bp333 platform under any previous account or identity.

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) account only on the bp333 platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, shared payment methods, or shared devices — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances therein.

When registering your bp333 account, you agree to:

• Provide complete, accurate, and truthful registration information, including your legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and valid email address.
• Keep your account credentials — including your username and password — strictly confidential. bp333 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any channel other than the login page itself.

Deposits:

• Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement (also referred to as a playthrough requirement). The applicable multiplier will be stated clearly at the time the bonus is offered. Until the wagering requirement is met in full, Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn.
• One Bonus Per Player: Each promotional offer is limited to one per Player, per household, per device, and per payment method. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times constitutes abuse and will result in forfeiture of all associated bonus funds.
• Expiry: Bonus Funds that are not wagered within the stated expiry window (as communicated at the time of offer) will be automatically removed from the Player's account without notice.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games and sports betting markets may contribute a lower percentage. Contribution rates are specified in individual bonus terms.
• Abuse & Fraud: bp333 employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, hedging strategies, and any coordinated activity designed to exploit promotional mechanics. bp333 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to suspend accounts, where abuse is detected.
• Withdrawal Before Wagering: If a Player requests a withdrawal before completing the wagering requirement on an active bonus, bp333 may deduct the bonus amount and any winnings derived from bonus play prior to processing the withdrawal.

The following rules apply to all sports betting and sportsbook activity on the bp333 platform, including cricket, football, kabaddi, and all other markets offered:

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is only confirmed and binding once a unique bet reference number has been issued by the bp333 system and the corresponding funds have been deducted from the Player's balance. Bets shown as "pending" have not been accepted and carry no contractual weight.
• Odds Changes: Odds are subject to change without notice prior to bet acceptance. If the odds on a selection change between the moment of placing a bet and the system accepting it, bp333 will process the bet at the odds prevailing at the time of acceptance.
• In-Play Betting: In-play (live) bets are accepted at bp333's discretion. bp333 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time, including during key moments of a match (e.g., following a wicket, goal, or timeout).
• Event Cancellation & Abandonment: If a sporting event is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed before the minimum required playing time has been completed, bp333 will void all bets on that event and return stakes to the relevant Player accounts within 24 hours.
• Maximum Payout: A maximum single-bet payout limit of ৳500,000 applies across all markets unless otherwise stated. Bets resulting in winnings above this threshold will be settled at the cap amount.
• Obvious Errors: If bp333 inadvertently offers odds that are clearly erroneous (e.g., due to a pricing system malfunction), bp333 reserves the right to void bets placed at those odds regardless of whether they have been accepted or settled.
• BPL & International Cricket: For Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), T20 World Cup, ICC Championship, and Bangladesh Tigers matches, specific competition rules may apply and will be published within the relevant market pages prior to the event.

In all cases where bp333's liability cannot be excluded by law, bp333's total liability to any Player shall not exceed the net amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bp333 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity associated with the account.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• A court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request requiring suspension or closure of the account.
• The Player's own request for account closure or self-exclusion.

Upon account closure for cause (i.e., due to a breach or investigation), bp333 reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending the outcome of any investigation. Where account closure results in a verified balance due to the Player, funds will be returned to the original payment source within 14 working days, net of any amounts subject to forfeiture under these Terms.
